From West Yellowstone only, discover the wonders of the Yellowstone Super Volcano with our half day Old Faithful and Wild Geysers Tour. Led by a professional geologist, you'll learn about the unique geological and ecological features and the science behind the geothermal systems. Ideal for families with younger children, this tour only leaves West Yellowstone at 7, 7:30am & 2pm only. Experience the natural beauty and wonder of Yellowstone with Big Sky Mountain GOAT Tours. We explore more features and locations in four hours than the large group tours do in a full day. We will walk or hike to waterfalls, Fountain Paint Pots, Black Sand Basin, Old Faithful and the other thermal features in the Upper Geyser Basin. This private, guided, 4-hour TOUR from West Yellowstone INCLUDES: + Our comfortable Mercedes 2500 Sprinter van seats 8 guests. Lots of ROOM! + All tours are customizable. + A knowledgeable certified Yellowstone guide and/or Professional Geologist. + The use of binoculars & spotting scope. + Your guide for the day uses maps & teaching tools to explore the science and background to the Yellowstone Super Volcano & ecosystems. + Guided walks to iconic park locations. + Snacks provided include a variety of nuts, fruit, granola bars, Clif Bars, seltzer, and water. The tour price does NOT INCLUDE: + Meals, but does include snacks and beverages. + Park entrance fee, bring your Annual National Park Pass. + Guide gratuity. We greatly appreciate and accept cash gratuities (15-20% is standard) To reserve a tour date, the tour price is $500 for 2 people is required when booking. The price is $640 for 3 to 4 guests, and is $60 per person beyond 4 guests. From West Yellowstone, the tour is slightly longer than 4 hours and includes the Lower, Black Sand Basin, and Upper Geyser basins with an expert guide. Please note the price includes a 3.1% credit card processing fee and a 4% local tax. If you enjoyed the tour (service), please tip your guide. We take cash or Zelle only for gratuities. Please plan ahead. All ages are welcome. Children under 60 lbs must have a child seat. 3% of all proceeds go back to Yellowstone National Park to help implement the Commercial Use Authorization programs and their associated education programs.
Cancellation Policy
We make a commitment to our guests, so when you book a private tour or a private shuttle our commitment is to you. Please keep in mind that we are a single-owner operator, so when we book a private shuttle or a private tour, we do not overbook with other guests, and as result, turn away potential business especially around holidays and during the summer. If you are not committed to the price or date, then please do not book. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strict. To Cancel a booking, please contact us at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled tour or shuttle to receive a refund minus a $50 booking fee. Cancellations less than three weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund minus the credit card processing fee. Cancellations less than 72 hours from scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund. If you need to change your tour or shuttle date, please contact us at least three weeks in advance to check for availability. The full amount of the tour or shuttle is due when booking. Please note that online payments include a 4% Big Sky Resort Tax and a 3.1% processing fee. All refunds will not include the amount used as a service charge for credit card processing. Thank you.
