Imagine arriving in Bozeman, Montana with no transportation? Big Sky and West Yellowstone are 50 miles and 100 miles south of the Bozeman airport. Uber and Lyft are not reliable here. We have a solution for you! This comfortable transportation service is for 1 to 8 guests with luggage. This service is also for guests heading to or from West Yellowstone. We can combine multiple families for groups up to 8 guests. We can accommodate 11 guests if there is little to no gear or luggage. We do NOT pickup guests inside Moonlight Basin on Madison Road due to lack of plowing! We do pick up in Cowboy Heaven, Saddle Ridge, and Moonlight Basin Lodge. From Big Sky, we can get you to where you need to go! We provide private transportation to and from the Bozeman/Yellowstone International Airport, West Yellowstone, Bozeman, and most places in Gallatin County. For shuttle between Big Sky & BZN only, service charge includes van rental, bottled water, time for shopping, and driver. All shuttles include water and a friendly driver with a lot of area knowledge. Expect longer travel times in the winter. If it is daylight, we search for wildlife since the shuttle includes binoculars. Special rates will apply. Please note that if you need winter shuttle service for more than 8 guests, please call us. We will need additional vehicles to accommodate the luggage and guests. Our 2022 Mercedes van accommodates 11 passengers without luggage. All children under 60 lbs must have a child seat. The van is not set up for wheel chair access. Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than two weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours from scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund. If you need to change your tour date, please contact us at least two weeks in advance to check for availability. The full amount of the tour and shuttle is due when booking. Please note that online payments include a 4% Big Sky Resort Tax and a 3% processing fee. All refunds will include a 3% service charge for credit card processing. Thank you.
