Service Description
We provide reliable shuttle services to Jackson Hole (JH), Wyoming from Bozeman or Big Sky. Uber and Lyft are unreliable at best and may show services, but do not show up for their appointment. Mainly, because they do not get paid for their time by those companies. You have a choice to travel through Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. We can take a more direct route, but also scenic, and go around the parks to get to Jackson Hole (JH). The cost is slightly more to travel through the parks and will include several key stops such as Old Faithful, West Thumb Geyser Basin, Moose Falls, Jackson Lake (bathrooms), and Jenny Lake (one way drive). The shuttle price includes pickup and drop off services at your hotel, snacks, water, and seltzer water. We will also have binoculars and a spotting scope on board. The shuttle price does not include lunch, gratuity, or park entry fees. Our goal is comfort and safety for your travel. The service to Jackson Hole, Wyoming are provided in a comfortable Mercedes Sprinter or an AWD Ford Transit 11-passenger vans. If guests book transport and have luggage, then only 8 (possibly 9) guests will fit. If groups have two to three suitcases per person, then less guests will fit in the vans. Shuttle to Jackson Pricing: + 1-4 Guests Big Sky To JH thru Yellowstone & Teton NPs $1149 + 1-4 Guests Big Sky To JH outside the National Parks $949 + 5-6 Guests Big Sky To JH thru Yellowstone & Teton NPs $1349 + 5-6 Guests Big Sky To JH outside the National Parks $1149 + 7-8 Guests Big Sky To JH thru Yellowstone & Teton NPs $1549 + 7-8 Guests Big Sky To JH outside the Nationals Parks $1349 We do charge extra from Bozeman since we are travelling in the opposite direction from Big Sky to pick up your group. The extra charge is an add-on the drop down menu ($250). All ages are welcome. Children under 60lbs need a child seat. We prefer to leave early especially if we are travelling through the parks. The line at the West Entrance Gate can back up around 7am to 11am. 3% of all proceeds go to the NPS. A 4% Big Sky Resort tax is added in addition to a 3.1% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
We make a commitment to our guests, so when you book a private tour or a private shuttle our commitment is to you. Please keep in mind that we are a single-owner operator, so when we book a private shuttle or a private tour, we do not overbook with other guests, and as result, turn away potential business especially around holidays and during the summer. If you are not committed to the price or date, then please do not book. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strict. To Cancel a booking, please contact us at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled tour or shuttle to receive a refund minus a $50 booking fee. Cancellations less than three weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund minus the credit card processing fee. Cancellations less than 72 hours from scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund. If you need to change your tour or shuttle date, please contact us at least three weeks in advance to check for availability. The full amount of the tour or shuttle is due when booking. Please note that online payments include a 4% Big Sky Resort Tax and a 3.1% processing fee. All refunds will not include the amount used as a service charge for credit card processing. Thank you.
