Direct Hotel to Airport Shuttle

Service Description

Imagine arriving in Bozeman, Montanal with no transportation? The drive to Big Sky is about 54 miles. Uber and Lyft are infrequent and unreliable! We have a solution for you. This is a direct to the airport shuttle service with no shopping stops. This service is for 1 to 2 guests with luggage (up to 6 suitcases) and skis. Transportation is given in our AWD Subaru Outback. This service may fit 3 guests if there are no skis and less than 4 medium-size suitcases. If you need more space, please book our van shuttle to the airport. We charge extra for shuttles before 8am and after 6pm due to challenging road conditions at night. There is an extra charge for last minute services, which are booked within 6 hours of departure. From Big Sky, we can get you to where you need to go! We provide private transportation to and from the Bozeman/Yellowstone International Airport and/or Bozeman. This service includes direct shuttle service to the West Yellowstone or Bozeman Aiports. All shuttles include bottled water and a friendly driver with a lot of area knowledge. Expect longer travel times in the winter. Passenger mileage is included ( ), driver mileage is double the passenger mileage. The owner is just like Monica on Friends, whereby everything inside is ship-shape and sparkling clean. The vehicle is wiped down with disinfectant after every shuttle ride. The Subaru Outback is all wheel drive with winter tires. All children under 60 lbs must have a child seat. Our Subaru is not set up for wheel chair access. The services listed are based on booking with at least 24 hours advance notice. Our work hours are between 630am and 500pm (day light hours). A 4% local resort tax is added at checkout. We use Venmo and Cash for gratuities.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than two weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours from scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund. If you need to change your tour date, please contact us at least two weeks in advance to check for availability. The full amount of the tour and shuttle is due when booking. Please note that online payments include a 4% Big Sky Resort Tax and a 3% processing fee. All refunds will include a 3% service charge for credit card processing. Thank you.
