Service Description
Imagine arriving in Big Sky, Montana with no transportation? Big Sky is fairly spread out between the mountain resort, the Meadow Village, the Town Center, and dining opportunities in the Canyon, the separation ranges from 6 to 10 miles. Uber and Lyft are not reliable here! Big Sky Local Transport Rates: (New Year's Eve we use Venmo) Big Sky Resort - Town Center $ 75 Big Sky Resort - Montage or SP $100 Town Center - YC $100 Big Sky Resort - Canyon $90 Big Sky Resort - YC $120 The Wilson -YC $100 We can get you to where you need to go around Big Sky! We provide private transportation to local shopping, dining, hiking, and biking starting points, local lakes, shopping and most places in Big Sky. Our 2022 Mercedes 2500 Sprinter van can transport a lot of cargo. We provide private comfortable shuttles for 1 to 8 guests. We clean the inside of our van after every trip with guests. Each shuttle includes a bottle of water and snacks. This an up to 90-minute shuttle service charge is based on booking with at least 1 day advance notice. If you need transportation to somewhere that is outside of Big Sky, we can make it happen. If you need a last minute ride, please contact us at BigSkyGOATTours@gmail.com or 406-599-0521. The payment includes a 3.1% processing fee. We graciously accept Cash for gratuities.
Cancellation Policy
We make a commitment to our guests, so when you book a private tour or a private shuttle our commitment is to you. Please keep in mind that we are a single-owner operator, so when we book a private shuttle or a private tour, we do not overbook with other guests, and as result, turn away potential business especially around holidays and during the summer. If you are not committed to the price or date, then please do not book. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strict. To Cancel a booking, please contact us at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled tour or shuttle to receive a refund minus a $50 booking fee. Cancellations less than three weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund minus the credit card processing fee. Cancellations less than 72 hours from scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund. If you need to change your tour or shuttle date, please contact us at least three weeks in advance to check for availability. The full amount of the tour or shuttle is due when booking. Please note that online payments include a 4% Big Sky Resort Tax and a 3.1% processing fee. All refunds will not include the amount used as a service charge for credit card processing. Thank you.
